Created by professional artists and athletes, we combined our lifetime of knowledge in yoga, ballet, and aerial work to create a unique style of aerial yoga that will leave you feeling fit, flexible, and ready to take on the world!
What makes fl'AIR Yoga unique is our depth, breadth, and history. Between the three of us, we have over 50 years of working with the human body as dancers, acrobats, yogis, and coaches. Using this history and knowledge we are able to create a safe and supportive environment through a program that is well suited for individuals of all shapes and sizes. Our progressions and variations mean that you can make the class harder or easier depending on your comfort level. We blend strength, flexibility, and balance elements so you receive a full body workout that leaves you feeling both energized and relaxed. Focusing on alignment and technique, our exercises and patterns will improve your body awareness and help unlock the potential in all of us!
You can try fl’AIR Yoga in Berlin, Germany at Fl’air Studios, where we created our method of aerial yoga. We offer classes 5 days per week (morning, afternoon, and evening classes), and our central location makes it easy to “swing” by and see how great you feel after a session of fl’AIR Yoga!
